Registration/ Discharge – Office Assistant

Under the direction of the Front Office Supervisor/Dental Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for all billing records, patient registration/discharge, medical records, referrals, and clerical activities that support the functions of the medical practice..

Nurse

Responsible for the delivery of quality healthcare for clients of Community Health Net. Primary duties include providing a complete health history and accurately determining client's medical condition. . in cooperation with the provider, promotes, maintains, and restores the well being of the patient in a professional manner. Coordinates referrals to other health and social agencies; establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with clients, families, providers, and coworkers. Maintains an awareness of medical equipment and supplies in a cost effective and safe manner. Maintains awareness of the Community Health Net Health Care Plan. All nursing duties assigned are pending training and successfully passing competencies. Supports office activities of registration, discharge, medical records, phone reception, and scheduling, as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned or as may be necessary to meet emergency situations.

Medical Assistant

Under the direction of the Medical Coordinator, responsible for assisting the clinical function of the office with patient screening, phlebotomy activities, and stocking of supplies and equipment. All medical assistant duties assigned are pending training and successfully passing competencies. Supports office activities of registration, discharge, medical records, phone reception, and scheduling, as needed. Other related duties as assigned.

Dental Assistant

Under the supervision of the Dental Manager responsible for rendering quality patient care and service. Provides chair side assistance to the dental Provider.

Dental Hygienist

Responsible for rendering quality patient care and service. Primary duties include performing quality oral prophylaxis, preparing and promoting dental education, maintaining knowledge of proper radiological procedures, keeping accurate patient dental records, an awareness of departmental equipment and supplies in a cost efficient manner, and performing dental laboratory duties within legal guidelines.

Office Assistant – Dental

Under the direction of the Dental Manger responsible for providing quality patient care. Primary responsibilities include responsibility for all billing records, patient registration/discharge and clerical activities that support the functions of the dental practice.

Billing Clerk

Perform appropriate billing and collection functions, insuring that all patient account records are kept in accordance with established procedures.

Medical Records Clerk

BC/BE Family Medicine Physician and a Certified Nurse Practitioner.

FAMILY PRACTICE POSITION AVAILABLE Erie, Pennsylvania A dynamic multi-specialty Medical and Dental Group is looking for a Family Practice Physician. No OB, equally committed to providing excellent care in a community medicine practice. Multiple practice growth opportunities exist as the practice of 5 Family Physicians, 1 Internist, 1 Pediatrician and 4 Nurse practitioners expands to better meet area patient demands.

Community Health Net (CHN), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is recruiting Family Practice physicians for traditional outpatient/inpatient multi-specialty primary care practice. CHN is located in Erie, Pennsylvania on the shore of Lake Erie in the northwestern corner of Pennsylvania. Erie is situated directly between Cleveland, Ohio, Buffalo, New York and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Erie community is rapidly expanding and offers an opportunity for professional and personal growth while serving a large and diverse multi-cultural population in need of medical care.
