Office Assistant
Under the direction of the Front Office Supervisor,
the Office Assistant is responsible for all billing records,
patient registration/discharge, medical records, referrals,
and clerical activities that support the functions of the medical practice.
Other related duties as assigned.
Nurse, LPN
Responsible for the delivery of quality care for clients of the Medical Office.
Primary duties include collection of data for complete health history, promoting,
maintaining, coordinating referrals, and restoring the well being of the client in
a professional manner in cooperation with the provider. Maintaining an awareness of
medical equipment and supplies in a cost effective and safe manner. Performing other
related duties as assigned or as may be necessary to meet emergency situations.
Maintains awareness of the Community Health Net Health Care Plan.
Primary provider to be assigned, will work with other providers as needed.
Medical Assistant
Under the direction of the Medical Coordinator,
responsible for assisting the clinical function of the office with patient screening,
phlebotomy activities, and stocking of supplies and equipment.
All medical assistant duties assigned are pending training and successfully passing competencies.
Supports office activities of registration, discharge, medical records, phone reception,
and scheduling, as needed. Other related duties as assigned.
BC/BE Family Medicine Physician and a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
