Instructions

Do not take this medicine with a high fat meal.

Take the medicine 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

Keep the medicine at room temperature. Avoid heat and direct light.

Tell your doctor and pharmacist about all your medicines. Include prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal medicines.

Do not take the medicine more than once during 24 hours.

Cautions

This medicine is not approved for use by women.

Tell your doctor and pharmacist if you ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.

Do not use the medication any more than instructed.

This medicine may cause dizziness or fainting, especially after exercising or in hot weather. Be very careful when standing or sitting up quickly.

Your ability to stay alert or to react quickly may be impaired by this medicine. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medicine will affect you.

Do not take any medicine containing nitrates while on this medicine.

Do not start or stop any other medicines without first speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.

If you have had a heart attack or a stroke within the past 6 months, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.

If you have a painful erection or an erection for more than 4 hours, seek medical care right away.

Call your doctor right away if you get chest pain, trouble seeing, hearing problems, ringing in the ears, memory loss, or severe dizziness.

Do not share this medicine with anyone who has not been prescribed this medicine.

Side Effects

The following is a list of some common side effects from this medicine. Please speak with your doctor about what you should do if you experience these or other side effects.

  • dizziness
  • feeling of heat or flushing
  • headaches
  • low blood pressure
  • sensitivity to light
  • stuffy nose
  • vision problems - changes in seeing color

Call your doctor or get medical help right away if you notice any of these more serious side effects:

  • chest pain
  • ear problems (ringing in the ears, hearing loss)
  • fainting
  • seizures
  • blurring or changes of vision

A few people may have an allergic reaction to this medicine. Symptoms can include difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching, swelling, or severe dizziness. If you notice any of these symptoms, seek medical help quickly.
