Chris Cain, CRNP joined Community Health Net in 2018. He received a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clarion/Edinboro University and received his Masters Degree with a focus on Family Medicine. Chris is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the PA Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, music and gardening.
