Emily Barron joined Community Health Net in January 2024. Emily has 15 years of experience working in healthcare. She became a registered nurse in 2014 after graduating from Mercyhurst University and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2023. Her experience includes neurology and neurosurgery in both the inpatient and outpatient settings at AHN St. Vincent.
Emily is passionate about providing quality healthcare to underserved populations. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health, and OutCare. Emily enjoys yoga and spending time with family.
