Ryan White Part C Program
It is important for people living with HIV to receive medical care. The Ryan White Part C Program at Community Health Net is committed to providing comprehensive HIV/AIDS medical care. Experienced physicians and staff offer HIV related services in a caring, compassionate environment.
Who Can Receive Services?
If you are a person living with HIV, you may be eligible to receive services through the Community Health Net Ryan White Part C Program.
What Services Are Available?
The Ryan White Part C Program offers several HIV related services:
- HIV counseling and testing
- HIV education
- Primary care and specialist medical visits, including routine labs and medications
- Medical case management
- Dental care
- Eye care
- Nutrition counseling
- Referrals to medical and community services, as needed
What Insurances Are Accepted?
Community Health Net accepts most insurance plans. Below is a list of the types of insurance that we accept:
- Private or commercial insurance
- Affordable Care Act plans
What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
Care and treatment options for people living with HIV can be costly, especially for those without insurance. The Ryan White Part C Program at Community Health Net may be able to help lessen the cost of certain types of HIV related care.
If you do not have insurance, Community Health Net Ryan White Part C Program staff will connect you to people and resources that will help you look into options for insurance coverage. This includes coverage for HIV related medications.
If you do not qualify for insurance, or if your insurance does not cover parts of your HIV care, you may qualify for financial assistance through the Ryan White Part C Program.
How Do I Make An Appointment?
Making an appointment is easy. Contact Community Health Net at 814-455-7222, and dial extension 289 to speak with a Ryan White Part C Program nurse.
Appointments are available within two weeks.
